Quality, Craftsmanship, Service

Established in 2013, The quality of our final products will prevail above anything else.

Sergio Catalina Bellmónt and Claudia Romero are the owners on site of Bellmónt. Parents of 5 children (4 boys and 1 girl) Sergio was born in Madrid, Spain, and Claudia in Lima, Peru. They met in Miami, got married, and live in the United States for more than a decade. Thanks to the unconditional support of Sergio’s brothers Ivan and Igór (owners as well), were able to materialize the opening of Bellmónt.

The name of the restaurant is a tribute to Sergio’s mother Africa Bellmónt who, together with her beloved husband Juan, dedicated their life to raise 8 children (4 boys and 4 girls) where Sergio is the number 7 and the only one living outside his native town, Madrid.

Sergio’s & Claudia dedication for their family is transmitted in every single corner of the restaurant. From offering a meal with the best fresh products on the market to be at the restaurant every day, to welcome every client and make them feel special.

With this mission statement Bellmónt Spanish Restaurant, a family-owned business, and its executive chef Sergio have embarked on this new and exciting endeavor. Combining our team’s professional skills and knowledge, enthusiasm for success and endless positive morale, with the addition of an outstanding skilled team, expertise, endless innovation and tradition, will converge into a powerful and success asset for the conquest of Miami’s food connoisseurs.

Reviews

  • Very nice restaurant. Everything is cooked on site, when ordered, so plan to go with time to spare, but the tranquil pace is part of the charm of the place . The seating arrangements were comfortable, the service was excellent and so was the food. We plan to return and are recommending the establishment to our friends.

  • We really enjoyed our dining experience. The service was excellent, the restaurant itself was beautiful and the food reminded me of my time in Spain. Parking in the municipal lot behind the restaurant was also very easy and convenient. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

  • Fantastic spanish cuisine in Coral Gables. The restaurant is family owned and they gave us excellent personal service. The suckling pig was crunchy and delicious. The tenderloin or Rodaballo was superb. It was seared on the outside and you finish cooking it on a hot stone at your table. Fun and delicious! Chorizo croquettes were also a favorite. Save room for dessert. Turron ice cream or Banda de Manzana (apple tart) are both winners. We loved the Flamenco show. You should definitely check it out.

  • Excellent place to wine and dine. Suckling pig was delicious, as were the lamb chops and chorizo a la cidra. Wish there would have been a Fabada Asturiana but maybe that will be added to the menu in the future? Nevertheless, great place. Can’t wait to come back.

  • Awesome, amazing! Go this place is great food, consistent. Owners are always there and they make you feel very welcomed. It’s like being in their home, in Spain, with flamenco music in the background. We always have a great time!
