Our Signature Dish! We are the only restaurant in Miami roasting it the traditional way in a wood-fired oven brought in from Spain.

Our piglet is served with roasted tomato, roasted green pepper, roasted onions and panadera potatoes.
Note advanced reservation is required for the whole suckling pig, as there is a 4 hours cooking time required.
